CAUSES OF POVERTY AND MEANS OF OVERCOMING IT.

Respected teacher and my dear friends. I am shivam kumar. And very very thanks to give a apportunity to deliver a specch on the the ASL topic "causes of proverty and means of over coming it" from this topic first question arises in our mind. What is proverty ? Proverty is about not having enough money to fulfeel basic needs including food, cloths and shelter. The world bank organization describes proverty in this way:- poverty is hunger, poverty is lack of shelter. There are many causes of proverty. First caus is Growing population :- population is increasing day by day but resources are limeted. it creates a problem for us. Second causes is corruption and third last causes is The gap between the rich and poor people. The ecomomically gap between rich and poor is also leading to poverty. The rich are becoming more rich and poor are becoming very poor. We have many steps that could be taken in over come this situation. We have set up more industries to fulfill  the needs of our country and controll on population and curruption.

Constitutionally Guranreed Human Rights

CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED HUMAN RIGHTS

 Human Rights are those rights without which life with human dignity has no meaning, which explains why these rights are considered to be the very basic legal rights internationally.

These rights relate to life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual.

Our Constitution guarantees these rights and the Supreme Court has ruled that wherever the Constitution is silent and the legislature has not made a law, those International Covenants to which India is a signatory may be enforced through the courts so far as they are consistent with the law of the land. These treaties and covenants may also be taken help of in statutory construction.

The framers of the Constitution of India incorporated all basic human rights as Fundamental Rights and made special provisions to ensure their enforcement under Article 226 and Article 32. The Constitution of India was drafted after the Universal

Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations on December 10, 1948, and, therefore, some ideas were borrowed right from the Declaration itself.

Indian Parliament enacted the Protection of Human Rights Act in 1993 to provide for the constitution of the National Human Rights Commission, the State Human Rights Commission and the Human Rights Courts for the protection of human rights.

The Human Rights Commission receives the complaint from the victim or any person on his behalf and inquires into the violation of human rights and also into the negligence of the authorities in preventing such violation.

Good mornig to all of you who present here. I am Shivam Kumar from class 10th and I deem it as a privilege to get this opportunity to deliver a speech on discrimination based on gender, relegion, class etc. It is quite nature to have privileged and not so privileged people in a so ciety. But at the same time, it is not at all natural to discriminate people on the basis of there gender, religion, status, and class. Every creature is the creation of alminghtly and he created men to rise above small fellings and live in unison with. His other creations.

      India being a secular republic equal and anyone who violates the rules carries out a punishable act. If there are many religions in our country. Each religious group has the freedom to exercise there right and follow there religion, Similarly, if anyone is illtreated on the basis of gender or class, the matter can be reported for justice.

    Now the questions arises why does the rift between have's and have not's create enmity between them and why the well offs can't take it as there responsibility to help the unprivileged instead of exploiting them. The reasons are as vast as human nature. To  bring a change, what is needed is a complete change in the paradigm. then only we can have some hope of cultivating brotherhood and love among the citizens. I request my friends to please think on the issue of discrimination with a new outlook and do what is needed to have a strong  and united nation.
